- All participants must read and agree to these terms and conditions.

- Shine! Sure...this is a contest. But more important it’s your chance to spread vision, hope and life to the world! THIS is what Q-Town music is all about.
- Parental or legal guardian permission is required. To enter this singing contest you must agree that you are either the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, which is typically 18 years old, or posses legal parental or guardian consent.
- By submitting your video into the contest, you are granting Camp Qwanoes permission to use the video for any promotional or public purposes (and we will always use careful discretion!).
- Qwanoes reserves the right to not publish or remove any video we deem to not be in the spirit of the Shine Out Loud Singing contest or not in line with contest rules.
- Q-Town music is copyright by Qwanoes Publishing and may not be reproduced without written permission.
- You have read and agree to follow the Shine Out Loud Singing guidelines.
- Camp Qwanoes takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any video uploaded. You hereby agree to waive any claims against Camp Qwanoes for losses, damages and injuries which are based on or relate to videos submitted by you.
- In order for campers to be eligible for prizes, you must attend a 2010 Camp Qwanoes summer camp. However, you are eligible to enter the contest if your intent is to attend camp during the summer of 2010. All Current and Past Staff are welcome to join in on the fun!
- Children of year-round staff are welcome to enter the contest but are not eligible for a prize.
